All classes are conducted by certified hot yoga professionals with training across various yoga disciplines, including Vinyasa, Hatha, and Power Yoga. Our instructors tailor the experience to accommodate every level from curious newcomers to seasoned practitioners while ensuring correct alignment, breath control, and safe progression.
When & Where
Hot Yoga sessions are held in our specially heated studio, with temperature ranges between 35–40°C (95–105°F) to maximise detox and muscle activation.
