To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and productive environment for all members and staff, we have established the following Terms & Conditions. By enrolling in our programs, booking classes, or utilizing our services, you expressly agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. As we are a paper-free academy, by entering your details into our system, purchasing any membership, class, or package, or otherwise engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree that this constitutes your digital signature and full legal agreement to these Terms & Conditions and the package you have purchased. Monday to Thursday

9:00 AM – 10:00 PM: Open for classes and training

Friday

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM: Open for classes and training

Saturday & Sunday

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM: Open for classes and training

Evening Classes (Mon – Thurs)

6:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Boxing (Ages 16+)

7:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Muay Thai

8:00 PM – 9:00 PM: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (No-Gi)

Wellness & Recovery

8:00 PM – 9:00 PM: “OMM Sweet OMM” Yoga Class

Kids & Teens Martial Arts

12:00 PM – 12:40 PM: Kids Martial Arts (Ages 3–7)

5:40 PM – 6:20 PM: Kids Martial Arts (Ages 8–12)

6:20 PM – 7:00 PM: Teens Martial Arts (Ages 13–17)

1:20 PM – 2:00 PM: Teens Martial Arts (Weekend Slot)

Note: The academy is closed on bank holidays.

Extras: Open Boxing & Muay Thai Sparring sessions are available for an additional £10 surcharge.
